Curzon Room

This delightful room is located just aft of Tiffany’s on D Deck. It is include the main venue for the classical concerts, which are well attended. Artists on our voyage consisted of two pianists, David McArthur and Allen Schiller and Classical guitarists Sam Piha and Martin Vishnick. This room was also used for the regular Art auctions. During the day, it is another quiet room, ideal for reading a good book in a quiet corner.

With its crystal chandeliers, the Curzon Room with its fine tapestries gives it an

After Oriana’s refit in 2006 the Curzon Room has been transformed into the “Rhodes Restaurant.” This optional fine dinning experience was first introduced on P&O’s new Arcadia and has now been included on Oriana. P&O reports it as follows; “The Curzon Room, with its light and airy ambience, has been transformed into a high quality restaurant for which Gary (the head chef) has created a number of unique signature dishes. Seating up to 96, including a number of intimate tables for two, you can enjoy traditional British cuisine with a contemporary twist.” In light of this, the Classical Concerts are now held in Chaplin’s Cinema.
